For young people
For young people, finding a job takes place in several steps over a longer period of time, which leads to a follow-up solution after compulsory schooling or study. Self-knowledge is the key to making a good decision. It is about a realistic assessment of one's own person. A greater agreement between the self-assessment and that of others is optimal.
The various modules support young people with methods from coaching and outdoor process work to see and experience their own strengths, limits and talents more clearly.

A biographical journey

Strengths Exploration
Expense: 1 1/2 days, with overnight stay
Location: in German-speaking Switzerland
Contents: longing as a call, the comfort zone model, solo time
methods: Coaching and outdoor process work
Pre-condition:

Costs: 700 to 900 francs, depending on the size of the group
